This product is a special blend of surface preparation ingredients formulated to remove dirt, mildew stains and loose wood fibres from surfaces. This pre-treatment helps to thoroughly prepare wood surfaces before staining. In addition, the unique characteristics of Cabot S-P-F acts to open wood pores for maximum performance of S-P-F Finishes by using moisture as a vehicle to assist in penetration and uniformity of finish.

On smooth surfaces approximately 18.5 - 37 square metres per 3.79 litre can. These rates will vary depending upon the porosity of the surface.
